Original Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return an Item
Start Your Return
Visit the Order Tracking page, enter your order number, and select the items you want to return.
Print Label
A prepaid shipping label will be generated. Print it and attach it to your package.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking receipt.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for health, safety, or other reasons:
- Personal care items (opened or used)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
